Depuis le premier jour où j’ai imaginé Equilátero, je l’ai fait en partant d’une conviction simple : l’immobilier est, dans son essence, une affaire de confiance. Dans un marché complexe comme celui de Luanda, la confiance n’est pas un détail — c’est l’atout le plus précieux.
Mon rôle de fondateur dépasse la gestion quotidienne. Je me considère comme le gardien des principes qui définissent notre nom. C’est ma responsabilité de veiller à ce que chaque interaction, chaque analyse de marché et chaque contrat signé reflète fidèlement nos valeurs : Intégrité, Rigueur et Proximité.
Alors que notre entreprise cherche à trouver le juste équilibre entre toutes les parties, ma mesure personnelle du succès est beaucoup plus simple : la tranquillité de nos clients.
